  About Ed Ed Nowak is a Buffalo, New York native who migrated to Florida as a result of several career decisions. These included service as a Special Agent for the FBI, Assistant District Counsel for the U. S. Army Corps of Engineers, Senior Attorney for the Florida Department of Transportation, and 30 years of private practice representing all manner of contractors, owners, bond sureties, and business clients. A path that has given him the unique ability to quickly identify the key legal and emotional issues involved in a dispute and to assist the parties in their search for available win-win resolutions. From first hand experience he conveys to others the wisdom of finding alternative ways to settle disputes without litigation. Ed has lived in Jacksonville, Florida for over 35 years. He is married and has four children.
